Goods may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds or exchanges for change of mind are accepted within 30 days, subject to inspection and approval.
Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more off the original price are not eligible for a refund.
A voucher will be issued instead.
Vouchers are redeemable at any S&K Showroom or StreetGym store.
Items may be exchanged for another item of the same value or a higher value, where the difference must be paid.
S&K offers BNPL payment methods in all stores. PayJustNow and Payflex are available.
If a customer requests a refund due to change of mind and payment was made using a BNPL payment method, a processing and administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount as follows:
The deduction applies whether one or multiple items are returned.
This fee covers transaction, platform, and administrative costs charged by payment providers.
Defects or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Items will be inspected before approval.
If approved, the customer may choose a replacement, refund, or voucher at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise stated in this policy.
S&K Showroom & StreetGym reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
The standard layby period is 3 months (90 days) from the date the layby is opened.
Customers may request a once-off extension of 1 additional month (30 days).
Extensions must be requested before the layby expires and are granted at management discretion.
Layby purchases may be cancelled by the customer at any time before collection.
If a layby is cancelled at the customer’s request, a R100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
The remaining balance will be refunded after the deduction.
If a layby is not completed within the agreed layby period (including any approved extension), it will be considered expired.
When a layby expires, the customer may choose one of the following options:
Option 1 — Select the Original Item (If Available)
Option 2 — Select Another Item
Option 3 — Request a Refund
The R100 fee covers administration, processing, and handling costs associated with layby cancellation or refund processing.
Refunds for cancelled or expired laybys will be processed according to the standard refund processing time outlined in this policy.
